Hello! My name is Jen.
I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years. For the past 22 years, I’ve studied, experienced, and practiced many forms of holistic health, alternative healing methods, and coaching philosophy and mindset. My experience working and practicing in both mainstream and holistic healthcare provides me with a unique perspective and the ability to integrate and assist in navigating the current, complex healthcare industry.
I’m currently a board-certified Health & Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC). As a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach, I partner with my clients to support them in setting and achieving their personal health and wellness goals.
Whether you have a desire to lose 10 pounds and become more active, or you have been diagnosed with a health condition and are dissatisfied with the results you’ve experienced from your current treatment plan, my goal is to simplify health and wellness strategies, provide unwavering support, and together co-create a plan to help you feel your best and reach your wellness goals.
My focus is lifestyle healing, cultivating positive lifestyle habits and incorporating practical strategies for healing at the cellular level.
Many health challenges arise from metabolic dysfunction, nervous system dysregulation, detrimental daily habits, and negative thought patterns. My expertise includes coaching my clients around nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, meditation/mindfulness, professional-grade supplementation, and detoxification. The goal is to reset optimal metabolic function within every cell of the body and regulate nervous system health, ultimately correcting course to bring the body and mind back into balance.
